  7. Strobe
  8. The Strobe effect makes your video clip look like it was filmed under the influence of a strobe light, similar to those used in dance clubs.

WARNING! Some individuals are sensitive to strobe effects at low frequencies (in the 1-3 Hertz range), and can experience siezures when exposed to them. Please be aware of this when creating strobe effects. Buena Software cannot in any way be responsible for accidents, damage or harm caused by use of this effect.

  34. Frequency
  35. The frequency setting allows you to choose the number of frames for which the strobe light is on or off. It will stay on for that many frames, then off for that many frames. A single setting will look differently depending on the number of frames per second at which you recorded your movie. If you recorded your movie at 30 frames per second, a frequency of 1 frame would make the strobe turn on and off 30 times in 1 second. If the movie was filmed at 10 frames per second, the strobe would only turn on and off 10 times in 1 second.
